Q1.What do you think school uniforms should be?

A1.What do you think school uniforms should do? Simply agree or disagree in favor of it, but there are many problems to overcome even if you make it, it makes no sense. Just because there is eyes of others, whether or not you can create an atmosphere that you can choose from, people in LGBT may not be able to wear unisex uniforms.

Q2.What do you think the toilet should be?

A2.Now I have to choose different gender, it is difficult to make common things. Since there is only one multipurpose rest room in each toilet at the moment, increase the number a little more so that people of LGBT can also use it. There are problems, however, people with the same appearance and contents may misuse them. Therefore, improvement as society as a whole will not progress either.

Q3.What do you think of changing clothes for P.E. class?

A3.It is difficult to put in a single room, so divide it into 4 patterns. However, it is hesitant to go to that place in the same way as in the case of uniforms, and even if there is a real intention such as going to the sex of appearance it will endure it. So it is not a solution to the problem, but there is only a way to decide.

Q4.What it should be when they go on school trip and take bath?

A4.I will take lessons before going to deepen my understanding. Since school trips go with a close relationship to some extent, it is good to do as you like, but it is difficult to prepare a private room. Although it will not be a fundamental solution, I will ask you to use something like a health care room.

Q5.Do you think it would be better to change the question from "Do you have a boyfriend / girlfriend ?" to "Do you have a partner?"

A5.It should change, but depending on generation, I will say her boyfriend / girlfriend. Are you gradually having a partner? Should be in the direction of way of saying.

Q6.What would you do if some of the students turned out to be LGBT?

A6.I can not take it because I do not have knowledge, it is difficult to advise. I will be consulted, but I will be confused as much as possible although I will speech words.

Q7.What do you think about someone says "If you don't marry, someone will think that you are LGBT people!"

A7.There is no such thing at the moment and it is delicate for another reason. It is harassment to listen whether you will get married and give birth to children, it is free to decide. Now almost no one says, and now it is not my workplace so there is no worry in the world.

Q8.If you like homosexuality, what would you do if you were invited to go to a co-worker at the same workplace?

A8.Turn on with reasonable reasons. Or do not say that you are not interested in women, you implied by telling lies that someone is dating another.

Q9.What would you do if your parents told you that you do not get married soon, or want to see the grandchild's face?

A9.Come out to parents at some timing. I think that it is impossible to cheat. In the end I would like to know and understand. 　　

Q10.What would you do if you could not have a environment to coming out easily in your family?

A10.If you do not notice that the child is an LGBT, I can not make an atmosphere that can come out. Somehow, if you consult with your wife and say somewhere somewhere. But you can not listen so quickly so the child may have time to put up with it. Look at the state and life of the child and listen if you are convinced by the couple.

Q11.What do you think the resume should be to choose your sex?

A11.You should remove gender.

Q12.What do you think about the number of recruits has been decided by gender in companies, schools, etc.?

A12.It may be due to occupation, so it is inevitable that there is bias. Work that requires power is male, and bias is exerted. I think that teachers should not be biased.It should be adopted to some extent freely. Now that the number of recruits has been decided is getting rid of much. It is another issue as there is equality of sex workers.
