Taiwan
Taiwan LGBT pride
It is held on the last Saturday of October every year at the LGBT event which is said to be the largest in Asia.
People gathered from all over the world , and in 2017 120 thousand people were recorded as participants.
In addition, club events and parties are held at various spots in Taipei before and after the parade.
Since participation in the parade is free, it is easy to participate as it is only necessary to go to the main venue according to the opening time of the day.
The parade is divided into 3 routes, marching around the city center for about an hour, and you can participate in any course, you can participate in the middle and withdraw from the middle.
In 2017, Taiwan became the first year in Asia where same-sex marriage was accepted, so the pride in 2017 was even more exciting.
In this year singer MISIA got on the float of Tokyo Rainbow Pride and made a speech to the participants at the stage after the parade.

Taichung LGBT QIA Pride
In 2017 participants gathered five times as many as usual.
And in Taiwan it became the third largest city in history with over 70,000 participants.
Here we will continue until the evening when the mini live of a famous artist is held at the special stage and it became dark.
The parade is a 2 km route that goes around the center of the city, and oversized rainbow flags listed by 50 people will appear.
There are also a lot of support from the roadside, and employees gather in front of the office and send an ale and shake the rainbow flag from the passenger seat of the car.
There are other displays such as messages on electric bulletin boards, shops and cafes where Rainbow Flags are listed.

Kaohsiung pride parade
It is the largest LGBT pride done in southern part of Taiwan .
Approximately 15,000 participants gathered in 2017 and became the biggest event history.
Every year it's a big venue and the number of tents is on the rise.
We have not only sponsors and LGBT related organizations, but also booths of youtube and artists.
The parade walks about 5 kilometers in about two hours.
Here, it is characterized by many children participating.
I was surprised that the largest LGBT event in Asia is in Taiwan, but since gay marriage will be accepted by 2019, I think that participants will gather more from Taiwan from around the world.
Voice of support and support from the roadside at Taichung LGBT QIA Pride, a lot of children participating in the Kaohsiung pride parade, I thought that this is a diversity because everyone involved is something that I can not imagine so much in Japan.
