・ There are two types of surrogate birth: host mother and surrogate mother,There is also a survey that host mothers have higher social tolerance, but Both way have many logical, legal, social and medical problems
※ Host mother: transplant fertilized eggs from infertile couples to the uterus other than their wife
Surrogate mother: artificially inseminated of client of husband's sperm into a woman except the wife
・Surrogate birth is not be accepted, and we don't have to implement reproductive supplementary medicine or involve in Japan
The reason
① You should give top priority to the welfare of a child born・ Article 35 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child stating "It should not be subject to transaction"
・ You will ignore the bond between surrogate mother and baby child
・ There is a fear that a takeover problem may arise between surrogate mother and client
②Surrogacy is accompanied by physical danger, mental burden

・ Even if there is a contract, the surrogate mother may be an unexpected burden
③Family relationship becomes complicated
・The fact that a person who gave birth is a mother of a child is allowed by the Supreme Court decision in Japan
④Surrogacy childbirth contracts are not deemed logically acceptable to society as a whole
・Put a surrogate mother physically and mentally in a slavery state, it becomes a trading and a transaction of a child
Government's View
In 2008, the LDP's project team decided a plan about surrogate birth→ For people who do not have a uterus due to sickness, people who do not have a womb in their birth, such as eggs and sperm, use couple's surrogacy Childbirth is okay
Proposal that it may be, the compensation is free
First of all, I think that the government should set laws about surrogate birth.
Even though heterosexual couples are able to perform surrogate birth abroad,
homosexual couples are limited in places that can be done abroad,
so the range of alternatives has disappeared.
