Do you know antibiotic?
Anticancer drug and antibacterial agent are kind of them. They are medicine for eliminating cancer cells or virus from body, and it is called most effective medicine for infection.
Antibiotic is made by microbes.
Why microbes can eliminate cancer cells?
The answer is microbes’ “antagonism”.
We explained about antagonism at ”Basic knowledge2, the world of microbe”.
Antibiotic can cure the disease by fighting with virus which came into body.
Moreover, they don’t effect to animal’s metabolism and function, but only effect to virus.
Fleming is first person who found antibiotic. He was studying about medicine after WWU. In 1929, when he was incubating staphylococci (kind of virus), he found that staphylococci which was exist around blue mold had melted. After that, he noticed that blue mold includes antibiotic, and the first antibiotic “penicillin” had born.
At now, more than 5000kinds of antibiotic have found. Also 100kinds of them used to prevent cancer and infection.
Folk remedies fermentation
People says that fermented food is good for health. We showed the effective of them at ”fermented food”. For example, liquor used for various disease medicine such as proverb “Liquor is top of the medicine.” Recently, probiotics yogurt is being popular because of advertisement and commercial. Fermented food has great effective to our health.
