We conducted a questionnaire among the students of our school (338 students from 1st to 3rd grade)
This result shows that not many people know about aromatherapy.
So, what is aromatherapy? Let's take a look at it together!
What would be your image when you hear the word "aromatherapy"?
Most of you probably think that it as a way to relax.
It is true that aromatherapy has that aspect, but there are actually more benefits!
If you analyze the essential oils used in aromatherapy, you will find that they contain painkilling ingredients that are found in poultices and painkillers.
They also contain antibacterial ingredients that can kill O-157, and anti-inflammatory ingredients that can reduce inflammation such as burns.
There are many other useful components in essential oils, and scientists are beginning to understand how they work on the tissues and organs of the body.
