We tend to think that LGBT people are able, but some people have disabilities.
Well-known is sexual identity disorder, the difference between LGBT and gender identity disorder is not well known.
Also, some people has physical disabilities and they are LGBT.

What is Gender Identity Disorder?

Among those who disagree with body and mind, who wants to change their bodies and sex of mind. It's a medical diagnosis name

"Sexual identity disorder" and "transgender" may sound like the same meaning, but they do not mean the same thing.

・Body sex is male and mind's sex is female→MTF(Male To Female)
・Body sex is female and mind sex is male→FTM(Female To Male)　　　and so on

2003:"Act on Special Provisions on Gender Identity Disorder Handling" established
　　　　→Ability to change gender of family register under certain conditions
2013:In the manual of the psychiatric society of the United States "name sex difference" changed
　　　　→How to treat diseases and obstacles is a problem

※Not everyone wants medical activity such as hormone administration or sex-compatible surgery

Cause of gender identity disorder

Although it has not been elucidated yet, the dominant theory is that it is caused by a hormone that is bathed when the baby is in her mother's uterine

Characteristics of sexual identity disorder

・MTF→Muscular body, skeleton　FTM→Breast bulging, menstruation

　 ②It becomes conscious of the opposite of body and mind's sex 　　

For example ...

・They feel something strange about the actions and wording of the body's gender, acting as a mentality of the sex, becoming a wording
・It will become possible to wear clothes of the sex of the mind opposite to the body's gender
