America

Restaurants in America recommends taking out leftovers, and doggy bag has spread broadly into society. The ward doggy bag derives from an excuse to feed their pets.

Restaurants often prepare containers.

France

It has enforced Law concerning the ban of food dumping since 2016.
They impose fines on large supermarket which is more than 400㎡ according to the amount of disposal.

Restaurant is required to donate them to volunteers.

Denmark

A supermarket, which deals with products damaged by movement, was built. It’s managed by volunteers and we can get them cheaper.

In addition, a restaurant was made. It uses products which can’t sell, or are beyond the use by date. To my surprise, it saved 3.5 tons foods for one and a half years.

There are solidarity refrigerators in each region. Residents and restaurants can put food on it freely, and refrigerators save people in poverty.
