Production 　There are a lot of elements that leads to food loss especially at this stage. For example foods that are over sized or shaped unusually get disposed, but of course there are eatable. The product design stage which I have already explained, effects to this stage as well. Thanks to the variety of food products that are made by the product design stage, the factory has to make different kind of products with the same machine. When they switch the product they make, they produce a lot of food loss though cleaning up etc. As I have said above, one of the most dangerous element to food loss is the variety of the products.
