1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2.Combine all A ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.

3.Mix B in advance.

4.Mix 2 and 3 together, add milk and mix well.

5.Line a mold with a cookie sheet and pour in the batter.

6.Bake in preheated oven for 30~35 minutes.

7.Remove from oven and it is done!




Impressions after making it

・Adding baking powder makes it a pound cake like normal.
・Moisture content was more than with the light flour, but the finished product was normal because the rice flour absorbed the moisture.
・Rice flour is lighter than flour, so care must be taken not to splash rice flour when mixing!


Thoughts on Eating

・Not as dense as a light flour pound cake.
・Sticky and moist
・Fluffy when freshly baked, but sticky when cooled
・Gently sweet but not too sweet
・Good for the stomach!
