1.Coarsely chop cabbage.
2.Mix A in a bowl, then add 1 cabbage.
3.Pour oil (not included in the quantity) in a frying pan, spread out the pork and arrange it on the pan.
4.Pour 2 on top, cover, and cook over high-medium heat for 5~6 minutes.
5.Slide the dough out of the pan and onto the lid, then cover the pan and flip it over. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. If the dough is cooked through when you pierce it with a toothpick, it is done!
6.Serve with more and toppings as desired!
・Rice flour is more silky than light flour,
it blended quickly with other ingredients such as cabbage.
・The procedure was simple!
・There was no major difference from regular okonomiyaki, and I didn't really feel that it was made with rice flour.
・They were stickier than those made with a little flour!
