Recipe of cut cookie

This is the one of the cookies that is cut flatten dough with mold.You can make various types of cookie.

Warm butter to room temperature. Sift weak flour through a sieve twice. If you want to make cocoa dough, mix flour and cacao powder then sift it through the sieve.
