We interviewed two members of the community-based singer SILVER.

Thank you for taking the time to interview me.
This time we are researching and learning on the theme of regional revitalization.
Please let me ask you a few questions.
When was SILVER STARS formed?
What was the trigger?
Seven years ago, I started doing singing activities and events.
Around spring two years ago, I formed a group with someone who was at a dance school.
This activity started with the idea that we could liven up events with music at facilities for people with disabilities.
The other day, I listened to it at the hydrangea festival.
I thought the song was good and the lyrics were very good.
Will your main activities be held at local events?
Mainly local events, but I'll go anywhere.
What is your hometown like?
I have a strong sense of local feelings.
The people are warm and it's my place.
I've been opening a bar in my hometown for 11 years,
and I've had the support of many people there.
That's why I want to give back through my activities
and help raise local children.
What do you think is necessary for people to migrate to rural areas to stop depopulation?
Doing fun things to stop depopulation
hold a christmas event.
I want people to remember local events they enjoyed when they grew up.
We believe that our role is to increase the number of fun things to do.
We want to be a hero squadron for children.
We want to create a town that people can enjoy, not depopulation.

SILVER, I would like to know what events in Tako Town you think are interesting.
I like the hydrangea festival
We are also allowed to sing here.
This time I am researching and studying the theme of regional revitalization. Mr. SILVER, what do you think of farmers?
Don't waste vegetables.
An important job that brings together many people.
People who support Japanese culture and life.

After the interview

They were people who deeply cared for the area in which they lived.
They are the ones who give out sweets every Christmas and liven up the excitement through songs at local events.
I actually participated in the event, and many people, regardless of age or gender, were listening to SILVER STARS' songs.
It was a song with lyrics related to the area called ``Takomai Sanka,'' which is meant to liven up the area. It was a song that touched my heart and made me want to actually go there and see what a wonderful town Takomachi is.

In order to revitalize a region, it is very important that people who actually live there find out what they can do on their own and take action.
I learned that it is very important to do something on your own, rather than just because there is nothing.
I thought it would be great if Japan could become an area where there are many people like SILVER STARS.

We would be happy if we could promote SILVER STARS' activities through this site.
