Thank you for taking the time to interview me.
Your company's website states, "MyNavi Real Estate Connects Living and the Future," but what does "connecting" mean to your company, which is actively promoting regional revitalization?
Throughout our lives, we are always involved in real estate.
For example, wake up, work, study, sleep.
We live all of this in "real estate."
Therefore, we believe that real estate is something that connects people.
Our school was also in real estate!
I hadn't really thought about it, but I realized that there was never a time when I wasn't involved in real estate.
Your company's website states, "We offer new real estate values that suit the lifestyles of each era." What kind of value do you think real estate in Tako Town has?
The best advantage is that it is close to Narita Airport.
Since it is located next to Narita City, it is a place that foreign tourists can easily visit.
I also visited Tako Town and was surprised by the warmth of the residents and how fresh and delicious the vegetables were.
There are so many events going on, and there are people who want to liven up the area, so I think it's a very interesting town.
What was it about Takomachi that appealed to you that made you want to team up with Takomachi?
This is similar to the previous question, but I think Tako Town has a certain charm that the big city doesn't have, in addition to its proximity to Narita Airport.
Your company has supervised many old private residences, including the Omikawa Residence, but what is the most appealing point?
I think that unlike hotels, there is a unique quality to old folk houses.
The good thing about this is that it's limited to one group per day, so you can relax and be surrounded by nature without worrying about people watching you.
Furthermore, it is a place to stay that feels very Japanese, so foreign tourists are especially happy.

The other day, when I was browsing the homepage of Omikawa House, I saw a lot of delicious-looking menu items from the area.
What is the most recommended among them?
I think the teppanyaki that uses plenty of vegetables from Tako Town is the most delicious.
Limited to hotel guests.

Wow, that looks delicious!
I would like to eat it.
What was the most difficult thing about turning Omikawa House into a hotel?
Since a hotel was suddenly being built, in order to gain the understanding of the local residents, we asked them to come and say hello, and we took care not to cause any inconvenience to the residents.
I was very impressed by the friendliness with which the locals treated me, and I was reaffirmed that this is a warm town.
I am curious about the further development of Omikawa Residence x Takomachi, which has been well accepted by the local community and is visited by many people.br> I wonder if I can stay the night too (No, I want to stay...!)

After the interview

This time, when I mainly interviewed Tako Town, I learned about the accommodations at Omikawa House.
While researching and learning, I found out that Omikawa House was supervised by Mynavi Real Estate.
By teaming up with businesses to do things that local areas alone cannot do, the town can attract more people, increase the appeal of the town, and generate economic benefits.
We believe that Mynavi Real Estate's activities in collaboration with local communities to ``revitalize the local area!'' are activities that will lead to regional revitalization.
Real estate is essential to humans. In the world of convenience, people tend to focus on places they find convenient.
However, I thought that by looking at the local areas, expanding our imaginations of the future, and being able to take action, we could be connected to our own future.
Like Mynavi Real Estate, we want to imagine various possibilities, take action, and change Japan in the future! !
