1.Mix A together.

2.Add water a little at a time and mix until it comes together.

3.When the dough comes together enough to be held in the hands, divide it into three equal portions, stretch it flat, and wrap it around the anko (sweet bean paste).

Impressions after making it

・60 g of water was a lot, so add more as you see fit.
・Be careful not to wrap too much red bean paste, as the dough will tear when wrapping or steaming and the red bean paste will come out!


Thoughts on Eating

・Freshly made, it was moist yet fluffy. It is a perfect match with anko (red bean paste)!
・The dough did not become hard even when cooled and was plump and tasty.
