Problem with Abuse
As indicated at the beginning, the number of abuse cases is increasing every year. And since abuse is rarely found as a crime (and is often hidden), it is very likely that more abuse is happening than the data indicate.
In addition, there are people who seem to enjoy abuse, and recently there have been people who anonymously post videos of abuse on social networking sites, which is a malicious and serious problem.
Summary
