Summary

Through the creation of the site, we have deepened our knowledge of the problem of food loss,
and have greatly changed the way we approach and think about the problem of food loss.
Since there are many causes of food loss in our daily lives,
we should not only take measures on a large scale such as governments and companies,
but each of us should take action to reduce food loss with the awareness of "mottainai".

Let's eat without leftovers, let's use up the food.
Just by changing one consciousness, food loss reduces, and the future will change.
Just as our interviews with the Food Bank Aichi gave us the desire to help people,
the actions of each individual move the hearts of those around us,
and eventually become a powerful force to chang society.

Through this activity, we realized the importance of each individual taking action.
Also, as I learned about the impact of food loss,
I realized that food loss is related to various social problems facing the world, such as environmental problems and economic problems.
This means that actions to reduce food loss can lead to solutions to other problems.

At first glance, it seems difficult to achieve the big goal of
"realizing a sustainable, diverse and inclusive society that leaves no one behind", which is the goal of the SDGs.
However, just as actions to reduce food loss lead to solutions to other problems,
solving small problems leads to achieving big goals.

By having this awareness, we were able to notice the importance of steadily changing something.
The actions taken by each person will lead to the resolution of small problems one by one,
and will eventually lead to the achievement of the big goals of the SDGs.

Now, it's your turn. Why don't you start taking action today?
