Impression

I am originally the type of person who likes to read books of various genres and usually do a lot of thinking.

People say, "All people are equal in the world, let's eliminate discrimination against men, women, and people with disabilities! and in fact, discrimination seems to be disappearing. For example, many people are considerate to the disabled, such as opening the way for someone in a wheelchair at a station or in town, or helping a person with a cane up when he or she falls down. But on the other hand, what if a mentally handicapped person is panicking or hyperventilating in the same town? I think many people would not respond to this in any way. Instead, they often give a cold stare. Such a society is wrong, wrong."

This is what got me interested in spiritual matters and made me want to learn more about them.

I wanted to dispel the belief that mental illness is caused by a weak mind, which is still prevalent in Japanese society. Through this Web contest, I had the opportunity to talk with doctors who are actually working in the field, and I learned many things that I myself did not know. I realized that "knowing" is the first step in anything. I hope that many people will learn about stress and mental illness through this site. I would also like to broaden my perspective and look at the world from a global perspective, not limiting myself to a certain field, and to explore various things of interest, not limited to what I like.

I am the leader of this team, but everyone on this team was so self-motivated and self-motivated that they could have done without a leader. Each individual knew his or her role and was able to go above and beyond, making this a great team.
