Summary
We wanted to communicate two things through this site. That stress can lead to mental illness. And more specifically about mental illness.
Unfortunately, we cannot live alone, and we cannot reduce stress to zero.
However, we hope that this site will help people to think about their own mental health and not about the prejudice against mental illness.
In order to achieve "3 Good Health and Well-Being," "8 Decent Work and Economic Growth ,
" and "16 Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions ," as stated in the "Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)" by 2030, it is essential for everyone to have a healthy mind.
This site is an opportunity for those of you who have not thought much about yourself to take a moment to sort out your own health and feelings.
Also, is there anyone around you who is having trouble? If you feel any of the symptoms apply to you or if you are in pain,
there are hospitals that will examine you or local governments that you can consult with. The most important thing is to have people and places that understand you.
This will give you a sense of personal health and purpose in life, and will also give you the ability to avoid stress.
We also want people to know that mental illness is no different from physical illness. In today's Japanese society, this is still not widespread,
and we have learned this through the creation of this website. Japanese people tend not to express their true feelings or assume that they are weak.
We want everyone to understand that mental illness is not something that weak-minded people suffer from, but that it is a "disease" just like the body.
Finally, I hope that as many people as possible will gain a better understanding of stress and mental illness, so that society can reach out to those who are actually in need.
