 It is a treatment method in which symptoms are assessed and treatment options are recommended in an equal and natural conversation. You may have heard of counseling.

Counseling

 The purpose of this service is to help clients resolve their problems through dialogue between a counselor with specialized skills and the client. Through the conversation, the counselor can help the client to realize something about his/her problems and to deepen his/her self-understanding. This leads to spontaneous changes such as an improved sense of self-esteem and a lighter heart.

 However, this counseling is indicated only when the attending physician deems it therapeutically necessary.

Method Ⅲ Modified electroconvulsive

 It uses general anesthetics and muscle relaxants to put the patient to sleep and then applies electrodes to the frontal area of the brain for a few seconds to stimulate the brain.

 The target population includes those suffering from severe depression, mania, etc., those who show no therapeutic effects from drug therapy, and those who have difficulty with drug therapy due to strong side effects of medications.

 And it is very safe, with a mortality rate of about 1 in tens of thousands of times. Itis also indicated mainly for schizophrenia and depression.

○Side Effects
 Symptoms such as elevated blood pressure and irregular heartbeat disappear within minutes after surgery. Memory impairment and forgetfulness are also seen in many people. This also usually resolves within a few hours to a few days.

 Mild headaches and other symptoms can also improve with proper treatment.

Psychological,social:This treatment restores the functions lost when the above therapies are completed. Reintegration into society is the main objective. Rehabilitation falls into this category.

Behavioral Medical:It is about learning adaptive behavior and erasing the habit of maladaptive behavior.

Cognitive:It is about recognizing distortions in thinking and improving behavior and emotions.

Interpersonal:Improving interpersonal relationships.

Psychoanalysis:It is to help them understand the effects of trauma.   

Spiritually Powered:It is to recognize unconscious patterns in thinking and emotional behavior.

Supported:It is to promote the expression of self-emotion.



Self-discipline training

 This treatment method uses self-hypnosis to consciously create a state of relaxation and restore the balance of the disturbed autonomic nervous system.

 Autogenic training methods are basically performed under the guidance of a physician. Therefore, if you wish to use the Autogenic Training Method, you must be examined by a physician.

○Preparation
・Use the restroom and other facilities to avoid disrupting your thinking
・Remove watches, glasses, etc., and loosen tight belts, etc
・Create a calm place with little noise


○Way

With your eyes lightly closed, repeat a fixed language in your mind.

Background language I'm feeling calm.
First language  Right arm is heavy → left arm is heavy → both arms are heavy
Second language  Right hand is warm→Left hand is warm→Both legs are warm
Third language  The heart beats regularly.
Fourth language  Breathing easy.
Fifth language  My stomach is warm.
Sixth language  The forehead is cozy and cool

 There are more than a dozen language formulas, and many people have done up to the second language and found it effective.

 The duration is 3 to 5 minutes each time and is performed 2 to 3 times daily. Whenever you do this, be sure to perform an "elimination motion" at the end, such as lifting both hands and stretching widely, to awaken from the hypnotic state.
