Adjustment Disorder
What is the Adjustment Disorder?
It is an illness that interferes with one's life due to stress caused by the inability to adapt to the environment in which one is placed.
According to the DSM-IV-TR of the American Psychiatric Association, the prevalence rate is 2-8%.
Even if the environmental changes are minor, if they do not match a person's nature, they can cause strong stress and often lead to the development of an adjustment disorder.
When a person tries hard to adapt to various changes at work or at home but is not successful, the gap becomes stressful. If such stress worsens or continues, it can develop into depression.

The critical difference between adjustment disorders and depression lies in their causes.
Depression often develops with no clear direct cause and is a brain disorder, whereas adjustment disorder is clearly caused by a major stress, which causes the symptoms.
If you think it is Adjustment Disorder..
The only way to correct stress disorder is to either solve the root cause of the stress or get used to the environment. In the former case,
it is necessary to consult with others around you and ask them to change the environment as much as possible. In the latter case,
it is necessary to improve one's ability to adapt to the environment on one's own, with the help of counseling. If you suspect that you have an adjustment disorder,
you should first go to a clinic for a detailed examination in order to better understand your adjustment disorder.
