Stress
Stress is a state of tension caused by external stimuli. It can be divided into "good stress" and "bad stress."
Good stress may become the motivation when you achieve your goals. However, bad stress is what we feel when we take on too much responsibility and overact against our will.
Stress is also caused by external stimuli "stressors" . It can be divided into physical stressors, scientific stressors and psychosocial stressors.
