Stress

 Stress is a state of tension caused by external stimuli. It can be divided into "good stress" and "bad stress."

 Good stress may become the motivation when you achieve your goals. However, bad stress is what we feel when we take on too much responsibility and overact against our will.

 Stress is also caused by external stimuli "stressors" . It can be divided into physical stressors, scientific stressors and psychosocial stressors.



Stressor

1.Physical Stressor
 Physical environmental stimuli such as temperature, light, and sound. Animals and other animals are also susceptible.

Example
 Temperature setting of air conditioner
 Loud noise or silence at work or school

2.Scientific Stressor

 Pollutants, drugs, indoor air quality, etc. Many companies have banned smoking in the workplace due to passive smoking prevention measures. Beware of strong smelling foods such as curry rice and cup noodles.


3.Society and Psychosocial Stressor
 ↳This is most of what we usually call "stress."

Time
 A stressor felt when one is conscious of time, such as in a situation when you are rushed for time or when work deadline or the end of an exam is approaching.

Challenge
 A stressor felt when one is aware of pressure due to a sense of obligation to a large task.

Physical Threat
 A stressor that occur when you feel you are in danger of an accident or incident.
Also, the worry that a black company may cause physical damage to you.

Own Threat
 A stressor felt when self-esteem or pride is hurt. Stressor felt when you fail in front of a large crowd or lose to a rival.



Summary

 Stress is caused by an external stimulus or a stressor. It can be divided into good stress and bad stress. In addition to the stressors listed above, people feel stress from a variety of other factors. It is a good idea to consider what kind of stress you are feeling.
