What is Mental Training
It is a mental training program that helps you to keep your mental health in a good condition. By controlling one's mentality, it can be applied in various situations such as work, sports, and study.
Imagine
・Imagine what good things will happen when you overcome the goal or obstacle.
・Decide on a small goal to achieve the big goal.
・Write down the image of what you want to become by hand on a piece of paper.
Mindfulness
・Relax with good posture and take at least 10 deep breaths.
・Meditation. Close your eyes and concentrate only on your breathing. Thinking about anything other than your breathing is not an option.
・Try image training.
Change your image of yourself.
・Say positive words to yourself. For example, I am "the best," "lucky," "get good results on tests," etc.
・Pay attention to reactions and habits.
・Reflect on what was good today and raise your self-esteem.
