One way to do self-affirmation is to reframe it. This gives you the ability to see things from multiple perspectives. It also allows you to interpret things in a positive way.
For instance, you can develop a positive mindset by thinking, "I am not good at reading between the lines ➔ I can hold my own will."
Writing meditation
Writing meditation is also known as journaling. By doing this, you can understand why you feel the way you do. It also helps me understand what I should have done differently.
The method is very simple. First, write down one feeling you are experiencing right now. Then you associate it with the feeling and talk to yourself about it.
