 There are many different types of stress management strategies. It is also very important that each individual find a method that works for him or her. Here are some of the most common ones.

Change One's thinking

・Affirm yourself.
・Write your thoughts in a notebook.


Review Personal Life

・Strive to lead a regular life.
・Eat a well-balanced diet.
・Take a leisurely bath.
・Review your route to work or school.
・Take up creative work (making things).
・Emotional expression (crying, laughing, etc.) by watching movies, reading books, etc.
・Frequent moderate exercise (stretching, walking).
・Use all five senses (walking in the woods, listening to music, etc.)
・Get enough sleep.
・Do simple tasks such as baking sweets.
・Enjoy hobbies and pastimes (forget about everyday life).

・Talk to someone close to you and laugh a lot

Point to notice

 Some stress measures are not good to overdo. Some that require special attention include the following.

・Excessive alcohol consumption
・Surfeit
・Excessive caffeine intake

 Excessive alcohol and caffeine consumption can cause sleep disturbances and have a negative impact on the body. Eating before sleep can also interfere with a good night's sleep.

 It is essential that all stress management methods be done in moderation. Overdoing it can lead to physical discomfort and other problems. This, in turn, causes stress.
