Steps
I made a tablet stand referring to the PDCA cycleThe PDCA cycle is a method of continuous improvement through a cycle of four processes: PLAN, DO, CHECK, and ACTION..
  1. PLAN
  2. While researching 3D printers, we got interested in using a 3D printer and came up with an idea to create a tablet stand.

  3. DO
    • Design
    • Source:Fusion 360

▲This picture is designed for the tablet stand using "Fusion360."

I made a tablet stand that emphasizes ease of viewing. However, I difficult to adjust the degree, which was easy of viewing.

    • Print
    • Place: Dengiken's club room

      ▲Finish Printing

Printing time was longer than expected, at about 5 hours. However, we didn't find any errors in the printing, and the images were beautiful.

  4. CHECK
  5. We didn't find any errors in the printing, and the sizes were perfect.
However, printed tablets were slightly bigger than expected, so we wanted to make them smaller.

  6. ACTION
  7. We were happy that we could achieve our goal. We'd like to keep improving the qualities.

We produced exactly the same shape of a tablet stand as we had designed.

We succeeded in making a tablet stand, which we can view easily. Designing the tablet stand with CAD softwareCAD software is the acronym for "Computer Aided Design," a computer-designing tool. was hard, but we felt a sense of accomplishment.
